What is the best way to make $5 through online survey sites?

Well, I have been wanting to buy a domain name for ages now, and I need $5 to buy it. I have spent months trying to find one that actually pays, and the only legit ones don't accept people from my country(new zealand). It has to pay through paypal though. And i would prefer if it had a low(or none at all) minimum payout. I kind of want one that is easy to make money with, and that sends out surveys regularly. It dosnt have to e a survey site, something that you can easily make money through the internet, like a ptc site, or something. I don't want it to be something that requires a degree in something. Any idea's?
