How do you protect yourself?

to protect my computer, I always avoid visiting sites that contains adult contents, warez & sites that are not proven especially legit sites for making money. Sites that offers wares for free downloading are the sites that people should always avoid. Sometimes they include viruses together with their releases. I use Avira antivirus and Norman wares to fully protect my computer security. Secured for my user id and password, I am always careful with pishing email. Have a nice day

Sites that offers warez for downloading are the sites that people should always avoid. Sometimes they include viruses together with their releases. I also use Bitdefender Total Security to fully protect my computer. Bitdefender is a great security package to protect your computer from viruses & internet threats including acount phishing.
