a new life!!

I have been alone rising my children from my first marriage. My ex comes around only once a month when he has nothing else on his plate.I remarried two years ago My current hubby take care of my kids as if they were his own.Now my ex comes around just to cause trouble. My hubby wants me to ban my ex from coming around at all is this fair.

Hello friend, The father has all the rights to visit his kids,but is he is causing trouble with your new family,i think you should avoid him,or,better ask for some settlement(visiting agreement to avoid trouble) Seek some legal help for this matter my friend before it is too late. I have full custody and he provides no financial support. He just comes around and creates problems like telling the kids they don't need to obey my husband and that my child with my husband isn't their sister

I think if your ex wants to see his children or wants to spend time with his children,he should take them out rather than come into your house as this is not fair on your husband.I also think that maybe he could collect the children from a friends house rather than coming any where near you and your house.How would you feel if you were your husband,as yourself would you like his ex to come into your home?
