As a big fan of mancester united i'm still doubt that my favourite team will european champions league because other teams like real madrid and barcelona have bought many big star like ibrahimovic and kaka ,ronaldo.in premier league,Man.United is not too good after draw with sunderland. Now United is second place and wayne rooney got injury and he can't play on wednesday against cska moskva.i hope united get win in moscow.

Ohhhh...... yeahhhh sure i'm sure 100% about it, but if they can defeat all other team with high score... I guess rooney will become top scorer and Anderson is like you

I dont think real and barca buying big stars is a major factor. No amount of stars will help you if your team cant play together. For real, their team needs more time to gel and perhaps for the egos to learn to tolerate each other before they become a serious threat. and they need something that atleast looks like a defence! As far as barca are concerned their teamwork is aleady such a threat that the quality brought in by ibra doesnt count as a major factor. What is more worrying is that we ourselves arent playing the football we know we are capable of. yes ronaldo's departure was always supposed to be bad but we are more of a team without him in a sense. we have already shown how great our teamwork can be in certain matches. but that just makes it even more frustrating given that in most of the matches we have been playing (relative) crap! we might still win the league but the CL requires quality higher than the level we are showing right now!

Cool name. Real Madrid probably won't win the Champions League though they'd still be the favourites because of their world class strikers. Their weakness is the team hasn't played together long enough. Manchester United probably won't win the Champions League this year either, the club has been downgraded in strength since the departure of Ronaldo and the arrival of Michael Owen... if Utd win the Champions League this season it'll be cause they got lucky. The Premier League title has only two possible names on it this season, Man Utd and Chelsea therefore I think Man Utd have a good chance of winning it.

I would love to say yes, but the team have yet to prove that they can overcome the likes of Barca, Real and maybe Inter. They seem to have trouble breaking down sides this season, though they have been sneaking wins. Fergie will ensure that they be competitive in the league this season, but challenging europe will be a totally different case.
