what does MONEY mean to you??

The other day I heard an interesting saying that the money kept in the bank acturally was not yours; the money you spent was gone and still not yours. So I was confused by her saying and asked when on earth did money belong to you? I never deny that I need money and enjoy the material enjoyment that money brings to me. Also I don't deny that I work for money instead of for interest or fun though some may say it's pathetic. According to the Buddaism theory that the amount of money you earn is predetermined on your birth. So it's in vain to occupy others and sonner or later the money that doesn't belong to you will return all the way back in every means like paying for a damage, losing a suit and so on. Do you believe it?
