How many glasses of water you drink everyday?

It is recommended to drink 8 to 9 glasses of water everyday but we tend to drink less than it because of lack of time or lack of habit. But I think if we drink tea, coffee, soft drinks or any liquid item it is considered as water. I usually drink only 5 glasses of water per day...What about you?

It is good to drink plenty of water because it flushes out your system to keep you healthy but If you are talking about liquid intake then the sodas are not as good for you as the water although I am guilty of drinking plenty of sodas everyday. If you really want to go for the health route then start taking vitamins. I especially stress vitamins C and B-6 and B-12. You can get good multi-vitamin packs from stores like GNC but they can be expensive. I personally exercise a lot and I use protein drinks and a full range of amino acid drink. Both come in powder form and are mixed with water. The amino acid mix is the best thing I could have done. Fish oil is also good for your heart and I take that too.

well,i drink less than the recommonded amount of water in most times.i mean to do as the recommondation ,but i tend to forget about it when woek get busy or something have my attention so much. i am not happy with the fact but there is nothing i can do about it .instead when i remember i will have some fruits .

Health is very important and drinking water is essential to our humanbody.Every day 1litre of water should drink it makes our health safe and secure if u drink less there is no use,but every day i take nearly 8-10 glasses of water and its a lack of habit for me.

I take 10 glasses of water every day. Before eating my breakfast in the morning I drink 4 glasses of water then 4-5 while I am in the office and the rest when I get home from work. Let’s all make this a habit to drink more water. Softdrinks and juices are not considered as water...only plain water is considered as water.

Drinking the required amount of water a day is very important to avoid dehydration and some illness caused by lack of liquid in the body. I myself followed this 8 glass a day requirement or more specially when the weather is very hot, I also eats fruits that is rich in liquid like apple or watermelon.
