which one is good Open University (OU) or Penn Foster for distance learining program

I studied through Penn Foster too and I am really happy with the education I got and with the service as a whole.But I have heard great things about the Open University as well:)

I am a product of distance learning school. I studied at International Correspondence School during high school. If I am not mistaken this is now called as Penn Foster. The name even became Thompson Education Direct at one time.
