When was the happiest time in your life?

I always hear different opinions about what era of our lives is supposed to be "the best years your life". Some people say that it's when we're kids. Some people say that it's when you're a teenager about to finish highschool and then go into college or the workforce. Some people say that it's when we're in our twenties, the reason being most people aren't married yet or are just married and don't have kids yet or a lot of responsibilities and the money we earn during those years can be spent or saved as we desire to do. Some will argue that the peak of our careers are the best years, like in our 30's, 40's or 50's because we're becoming more established and becoming more financially secure, and watching our kids become of age and grow into their own lives. Then, many people say that around the retirement years will be the best time of our lives. Kids are gone off to start careers of their own, grandchildren come into the picture, we're retired so we have more free time to spend on our hobbies or doing things with said grandchildren. I'm wondering, what do you consider the happiest time in your life? Do you think it's already passed? Personally, I haven't been as happy as I was during my late teens/early twenties. I was working full-time, going to school part-time and had my own place. But I didn't really have a care in the world. I wasn't saving for retirement so I don't have a whole lot to show for those years, but I was happy and stress-free. I haven't been that happy since.

my happiest moment is still to come and I am very much awaited for it. I once felt happy when I won a gold ring but still I am waiting for more happy moments to come in my life so as to compare and make it the best moment of my life.
