hi friends i like sweets and i have them more..in our class we got a discussion about eating more sweets results in sugar.....i already have an hefty personality and i never go for any exercises....should i stop eating sweets...why i am asking you this is because..my parents and grand parents have that problem..is the case that it will be sure with inheritance...should i take any measures to prevent my self from it...and some of them said that..insulin generation if stopped results in sugar ..and a doctor advice is that the problem is because of the odd time table we had...according to him we should have proper planning about the food ..time we are having our break fast, lunch and dinner...and should have a pleasant sleep for 8 hours daily..so it can help completely free from sugar

Diabetes usually is inherited. And if you do have a sweet tooth as well, you are at risk of having it. But it doesnt always follow that if you eat too much sweets, you will get diabetes. Our pancreas release insulin that balances the sugar in our blood.

i dont want to scare you but you are at risk of having it as well. The most that you can do is balanced dieting and have regular exercises. Keep yourself alert of your sugar levels by monitoring your blood sugar at least quaterly.

When we talk of sweets, it definitely means sugar. Our body needs sugar for energy but too much of it is bad for your health. In your case, you should be more cautious of your food intake of sweets and carbohydrates because high blood sugar (diabetics) runs in your family as you mentioned. Follow your doctor's advise because he knows best and he's right. Exercise regularly and drink more water. My mother joined our creator early because of this. That's why we control ourselves from eating too much carbohydrates and sweets. Hope this will help you.
