I think it is safe to say, that an obvious solution to this pandemic would be to simply: START READING! It doesn't need to be a drastic change....you can start small. It seems as though you're attempting to study for an exam. I tend to agree with you, that task would be near impossible if one has not completed ANY of the reading. If reading the ENTIRE assignment is too daunting for you at this time, begin with topic and concluding sentences of each paragraph. This will give you a vague idea of what the subject matter is about. From there, your interest might be spiked to even read (in FULL) a few of the paragraphs. Perhaps you need to look at why you feel unable to read. It might be that you are studying in a second language. That is undoubtedly an obstacle for many. Perhaps you struggle with a learning disorder, in which case, reading may make one feel incapable....however, these are all things you can work with. If you just don't WANT to read...that's another story...maybe the subject matter you are attempting to learn could be found on audio tape....perhaps a loved one could read to you! Whatever the case, Best of luck in your studies.

There are different ways to study. We can have the internet as a study place or library. Personally I don't want to read books too. But I like to surf the net and read there. E-books also work for me cause it's much more convenient for me since I have a laptop. shadow41
