credit card company!

I sent a check in to pay my bill two weeks ago, and it cleared in my bank account but not on my credit card bill!! I called customer service and they didnt know what to tell me!! They said give it until monday and they will credit it to my account if it hasnt went through. They need to get there stuff together!!
