Tiling a Bathroom

I just got done tiling my shower walls in my bathroom and what a pain. Has anyone else thought the same about tiling. I ran into a woman at the home improvement store and she was telling me about how she loves it and it it so fun. I personally think she is crazy. It was a pain for me. Not a hard project but a pain. Tell me your thoughts.

Trust me...thats the easiest tile job u can do...and I've been a tilesetter for 13 yrs...did u put tile on tile?...or did u go down to the drywall?

We had to go down to the wall studs. New drywall and new tile. I just finished the grout and sealed it so now I am waiting the 24 hours it says to dry the seal. What a project. We have remodeled 3 houses now and this was the tuffest project. Next time I hire out. HA HA

did you use just regular drywall?...what kinda sealant did u use...cause from myexperience...none of them have really worked.

We'll probably do that in our bathroom next summer though it's not high on our priority list. We have other projects that need to get done first.
