Neobux added new charges on rented Referral

Yesterday when i opened rented referral sheet i got a message saying there will be a charges on rented referrals if you let your referral die. As i am joined earlier than rule made, i got a option to select that or reject. It is one time what ever we select it will continue. I have selected get charged. Keeping in mind that admin of neobux will not do anything which is not fair. He gave reasons for it. However i think the charges is bit more. Also it will control our referral renting. Before renting we need to plan and rent them. Of course referrals are like slots. Hence if we recycle them there is no charges. Hence i felt that is good option. People will stop simply letting the referrals die.
