Difficulty in Getting payment.

I work online & many site are paying with minimum payout of 1$ or less than it. But as a International member of sites it is making difficult to receive payments. In few sites I requested for payout 3-4 months back but untill this time I am not able to receive money. These sites are not scams. They are well reputed.Is there any solution for international members to get paid properly in time? If ay answer to this problem share it.
