Is it true that having a chocklate will effect our teeths

regularly having choclates will damage or teeths change o colour etc etc is it true

Yes, I think. Because of the sugar.

Well true, but we need to brush them immediately after eating chocolates.

Yes, that is true. The sugar damages the protective layer of your teeth it is also said that it might change the colour of your teeth. Not that I care much about it though, bad teeth is in the family so i will probably lose my teeth before I reach my pension.
