Wait, just wait a second. You claim you're not a spammer but you're going to mail people who didn't optin for your mails. That is a contradictio in terminis or you are contradicting yourself in English. :) Anyway you were asking for a free mail extractor, you get one: blackhatworld.com just search for mail extractor and you'll fine a few. If you need mailing programs then that is your source as well.

The dimension of my requirement needs some more explanation, friend. For campaigning a product, or service or even a site, mass emailing is still a mode of marketing. I have a plan to work out on this as to campaign one of my website, which has been recently hosted. Thank you.

It was just a little teasing really. Email extractors are basically a tools within an array of other tools to spam people which you strictly spoken are planning to do.

As far as I know, emails extractors are black hat and solely usage is to grab email addresses from all over in order to be .. spamed. Internet marketing have certain rules among them being also "NO Spam !". Which is translated as "no unsolicited emails" == "don't send emails to people that have not opt-in (double-opt-in) to your mailing list". There are plenty of ways to promote something, for free snd without the need of others emails ...
