to whom you would run to? friends or family

im very fond to my family, im close to my sister and brothers, especially with my mom, with got to talk topic like friends, money and relationship. while in the others i do have lots of close friends too, some of them shared their 9 years of life with me, my question is, to whom you would run to first, if you have problems? to your family or to your closest friends, i know, i know we will both ask them for help, but to WHOM WOULD YOU ASK FIRST?
