How to Open a Paypal Account

im from Sri Lanka.. my county is not listed in paypal site.. what are the alternatives i have

You had ikobo account. Register for ikobo.com site they will send visa electron card. When you get funds in that. Directly you can draw from it. Anyway for some countries ikobo is doing fraud. Why mylot keep it as a payment option id didn't get it.
