Need ideas on how do I go back to school to get my nursing degree?

I need some ideas on how can I balance my work and going back to school. One thing, I love to get my LPN degree but I dont have money for it. Second, I can't quit my job because I have mortgage to pay. Third, Im going crazy everyday of putting it off all the time when I know, I could do it! PLZ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Help?
