Einstein v/s Newton

I respect both of them. Reading this discussion made me remember the question I had in school days: Is Newton's first law of motion given by Newton himself? And personally I like Einstein for his ability to silence the critics

both are great we can't say who is best.but Einstein some what great scientist than newton because he was modify the newton theory.even newton also very great because now every where his rules ruling our science coming to Einstein his formula became heart science that is e=mc2 that's why we can't say who best...

I couldn't compare them at all, they contributed to science in different ways that for some people one thing may be irrelevant but for some others could mean wonders.
