[Help Request] Setting up a website

I used this guide- http://cheatingnetwork.net/forums/helpful-guides-faqs/14089-how-create-ptc-site-adverts.html And I followed it step by step (the 2nd script) And now I am stuck at the part when he said to go to www.yoursite.com/admin I bought a storage space and domain and all, but there is just no such page when I click it XD can anyone explain to me how to set up that admin page?
