Do you want to speed up your mozilla firefox?

Hey guys, do you know how to speed up your mozilla firefox? I found one tip but is this for real? http://www-reviews.blogspot.com/2009/10/how-to-speed-up-mozilla-firefox-to-surf.html My firefox is not functioning well in-terms of speed so I'm finding a way to make boosts my browser performance.

It sounds pretty cool. You can try it. I am quite happy the way my firefox is performing. So I am in no real hurry to speed things up. Firefox is the fastest and easiest of the lot. Best of luck.

I'm just curious about that tip because of the SQLite database firefox is using, I have many sites bookmarked in my firefox so maybe I really need to defrag the database.

I never felt my firefox is getting slow. Do you update your firefox? I sometimes feel it is faster than chrome. I am using firefox 3.5.3 What is your version?

Thank you for the information to speed up FireFox but mine is already working fine for last one year. I have already deactivated all the add-ons and always remove history and temporary Internet files to keep it fast. Anyways, I would really like to know whether the code has been applied to your FireFox and what is the output of it.

I think it decrease multi-threading task on our system. Nothing's free..
