How do you start a relationship with someone you barely know but interested in?

There are times that people realize that the one they really like or love was there all along and never noticed it until they take their separate ways. Only a weeks or months after does one realize that someone important has been missing and start to look for that person. If that person takes the first move to get in touch how would you proceed? Given a chance to know the person again, how would you begin it? What do you do when you realize that afterall the waiting, the person now has someone to be in a relationship with?

I think we should not involve in a relationship until we know the other person very closely. How can one love anyone who he/she doesn't know? Crush or infatuation doesn't last long. If you want a serious relationship try to know the person whom you like. That's the only way.

I think even my best friend was a stranger to me once when we met initially. So the only way to find is to try the relation. Happy Lotting
