Herbal or natural way for sleep ?

My mum wont let me take pills or medicines because i am a kid so please if any one can help me with an alternative . Something like a fruit or something that can bring some sleep , im so awake at bed always , its 2 in the morning here but still im awake i cant sleep please help me guys !

seems u dont work out or strain your selves.try to play games nd hit the gym hard.this would strain ur body nd chances for geting gud sleep.if u r suffering from any sleeping disorder (taking pills will have a bad effect on u in long term use so try avoid those) consulting a physician might help you.

The herb Chamomile is known to calm people and help them get to sleep. Look for some tea with Chamomile in it at your local grocery store.

Herb chamomile ehh ? Thanks for helping ill get this herb from a grocery , but you really think they are to be found at groceries , i mean why would they keep such a herb which is so unusual !

Warm milk is good for helping you sleep, also I think bananas do as well. Try and avoid anything with caffeine in it as that might be what is keeping you awake.

Smoking will as nicotine is a stimulant, not as much as coffee or fizzy drinks tho.

Hey Ur milk idea sounds good thanks ill try that .. And wait can you tell me does smoking also affect our sleep !!! i need to know because i smoke a lot , i dont take coffee of stuff any way
