Mylot FAQ question of the day: How do I actually earn if I link my blog to myLot

I have an existing blog and I'm thinking of linking it to myLot. Is there any other benefit other than picking up traffic for my blog? Does it actually accumulate earnings as if posting a discussion too?

I think it works kind of like the news stories do. You might not get paid for the blog posts MyLot displays here, but if you participate in any discussions it might start by replying to responses and comments, you'll probably earn from that. It seems like MyLot's really all about rewarding individual participation, so it's pretty safe to assume that you'll get paid as long as you participate in quality discussions.

Why not, Linking your blog on your profile won't do any harm but just make sure you don't do anything that violates the terms of service of this website or your post will probably be deleted. Also you do actually make money in posting in other peoples discussions. I've only made about 10 topics but I am getting much more than that by participating in other peoples discussions and sharing info + knowledge. Hope this helps.
