My last semester in college was very stressful. I think I mostly was just burned out. I had to stay an extra semester because a required class wasn't available.

I hate that some classes are only offered a certain semester. I hope that doesn't happen to me.

Being a student can be stressful at times. I remember my school days. I will say though, school is nothing compared to life in the "real world". Once you have bills, and I mean more than cell phone, gas, and car insurance, a house to maintain, kids, and all that good stuff, your school days will look like a breeze. Keep your chin up and enjoy it while you can, it doesn't last forever!

Well i live on my own with my fiance. It sucks having school and taking care of the house and the dog. He works, but I keep track of all the bills and what we need. So I kind of know what you mean. I was thinking about a part time job but think that would be too much.

It's very stressful for me. I go to school full time and I also have a 4 year old daughter to take care of. Right now I'm struggling in my math class, had to do an oral presentation in humanities, and I'm working on a 1500 word research paper for my Engish class. I barely find time to study but somehow I manage to do alright.

Don't give up Lcrkar, there will be better days ahead! I work full time and I am also a full time student. Is it difficult? You bet it is. But giving up in not an option, not to me it isn't. If your student days are you most difficult times, you are truly blessed! Giving up now will change your whole future. And, what would you give it up for? Some low paying job that keeps you trapped and broke for the rest of your life? Stay strong, and stay in school. You can do it!

As a student myself years ago, that would be the most very stressful moment of my life. Just wait till you get into the real word. Find a job, working with your new job, have a family, etc. Now I would think sometimes to go back a being a student than having this stressful family life. The only difference is that I'm happy with it. And you think you have all the money as you already had a job, no way, you would think of your family first before yourself now. Therefore, no matter how hard or stressful being a student would be (at least hats what you fell), its actually not even a fraction when your at our age right now. So, cherish and enjoy your studies until it last.

I don't know with me I enjoy working in an office. I did it for a year and a half before college and miss it. I did that when I was still in high school as part of a high school program. Now I"m on my own with my fiance and sometimes it's hard to do homework and take care of the house and the dog and keep track of everything that we need.

I don't think it's stressful. Actually, I really love studying and I miss those days. I miss my teachers, classmates, and our lessons. I think I have a positive attitude towards studying because I enjoy every day I am at school. I try to be the best I can be and I am proud of that. I have also made a name in our school so I believe I am also missed by my teachers. At times, I visit my Alma Mater and visit my mentors who made me a full-grown individual, responsible, and confident to face the world because of each and every lesson they taught me and every values they instilled in me.
