According to our lesson when i was in 4th year high school, a flexible minded people, are people, who thinks lot of options and choices using his mind. s/he thinks a lot for the sake of collecting ideas, or vice versa(in the situation of arguing) s/he selects two options, but after all he sticks to one, and he analyzed it to be the best... that's what a flexible minded thinks, in our lesson... how about you? are you flexible in dicision making?

Hi Ruiz_Richard22, I think what you wrote is the optimal way of making decisions, weighing the options and selecting the best one. I would like to think that is the way I make decisions, but usually I am very impulsive. I make a decision and then think about it which is why I change my mnd a lot sometimes. I am open-minded to listening to others viewpoints and will debate with people if they are open to debate I try not to have conversations where I am trying to convince someone of something they do not want to hear. There is a difference in the type of situations I will actually sit down and weigh the pros and cons to arrive at a decision, life changing ones I try to think about before being impulsive.

I like to think that I will examine all options in decision making, and evaluate them before making a choice. If you are talking about principles by which we live, my approach is a little different. I know what I believe and why I believe it. However, I believe I am open-minded enough to LISTEN to other viewpoints and check them out against my own, but I will not compromise my values or principles unless I am offered solid evidence that they are wrong.
