Do you train for any sport? Just general exercize?

What do you do? How long have you done it and mostly how much you train everyday/everyweek? There's different theories on how much we 'should' train, just want to see your views, of course each one adheres to a theory, doesn't need to be the same. Also, what kind of sport/exercize do you do?

I wouldnt say I am in training for any sport, just the sport of life perhaps. I jsut like to keep in reasonably good shape so that I can do whatever may come up. If you keep in shape, then when you go and play a sport one afternoon you will not be crippled for the rest of the week. To stay in shape I use my weight machine and treadmill. If the weather is good I go for a walk or hike outside, but in New Hampshire we have winter 7 months out of the year, so having a treadmill is the only way to get your walk in every day.

Hello paleorainy this is checkmail and earlier used to get trained for sports like cricket and badminton, but now its off the competitions.So just try to perform regular fitness exercises much more close to what was doing earlier for the sports training.Every day exercise isn't possible but yes can exercise atleast 10 months in a year, or say 5 days in a week to stay fit and healthy.
