what will make you envy someone?

Yes, envy is really a bad emotion and I will feel angry and confused for envy. When it comes to the factors that make me envy others, I guess it is the fortune. Yes, most people may tend to envy others for lack of money, power and so on. But for me, it is fortune that makes me envy people who are always lucky. In my eyes, life is full of fortune and troubles. Sometimes, when I am in trouble while people around me are living a better life than me, then, I really feel sad and angry because the God is not equal to everyone. Of course, envy and complaints are useless to improve ourselves. Happy myLotting!

I envy someone that can do great things but when i see myself im close to none compared to him/her provided the fact that i can also do it... but it's an envy in a way that i admire him/her... not an envy that you will do something bad... ^^V

Extreme envy is bad thing but I believe that in SOME cases, when a person is a LITTLE envious fo another, it may give them motivation to push themselves a touch harder ya know.. As for me, I'm not envious of anyone..My life isnt perfect by any means but its MINE and Im very happy with it
