It's true if China has a rapid growing of internet users and internet websites. I think Chinese internet market is one of the biggest e-market on this world, especially for internet marketer. I know some Chinese website from their biggest local search engine, local ecommerce websites, and some local most famous free email providers. But according to mylot's rules, we are not allowing to telling other website on here because it has strong indication of promoting. But on certain cases, perhaps it's allowed. So if you want to know about these website, just pm me and i will share the name with you. Actually i'm not living in China so these all are just my own search so far about Chinese website. I think China, and also Japan, they have to choosing their own local website as their favourite internet destination, mostly they don't really well known with facebook or other western famous website because they have their own local social networking etc sites which using their local language. Mostly the reason is on language, even though many of them also fluent with english but it seems they prefer to enjoying their own local language and their own local habit including on their internet lifestyle. Such thing make their local internet market growing rapidly. Good luck for you and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

In my view, many foreigners are interested in Chinese culture, but most of them acquire information of China from west medias. A big obstacle which hinders them from surfing Chinese websites is the language difficulties. To them, Chinese is a very difficult language to learn, especially the Chinese characters. I know some Chinese people have established English websites to provide foreigners with various information of China. One of such websites is wangjianshuo's blog. If you want to establish a similar one, you'd better visit it first.

I also come from china. But I don't agree your view. China's development is very fast, but it is based on breakaging environment and reducing revenue rate that is used in people life. The people of china are hard-working,but the people except managers get less money. There are long history in china, and now china is a large market, so it is worth to learn china. I hope that foreign friends can analyse china's current situation, and have a discussion about china's development.
