Ayurveda 'The Science of Life'

Ayurveda means the science of life and is a 5000+ year old stysem of healing that still continues to be practiced particularly in India but originated from the ancient vedics passed down from sage to sage. Do you know about ayurveda and what it means to you, has it benefitted you or harmed you?

i did n't try it.does it similar to chinese herb?Chinese herb is very good to some diseases.chinese herb also have a long history in china.there are many famous specialist of chinese herb in china.now chinese herb could be produced in factory and very convenient to use them.

Hello there Thanks for responding, I think its not unsimilar but there are many differences although overlaps the most significant difference is that in Ayurveda we focus our attention on the body constitution Vata, Pitta, Kapha.
