Get paid to uplod URL of hot or any video?

Hi friends agin I need your suggestion ,well I want to know that is there any site where i can join free and can upload URL of any video from Youtube and get paid or may be when other person will click on that video so we will be paid but I want to mention here that I can unlmited videos no limit plz help me
