Hello every one. Once I have read that paypal has system to recover money from a member if he fails to act in good faith. I have witnessed it. I paid $1 to a site owner, Warren Leonard. But after a gap I noticed that it has cheated me. I lodged a complaint to paypal and now paypal recovered the amount from them. But it I have in my account $0.66. Yet I have got some.

If I question the reliability of a business, I use Pay Pal as it will stand beside the claims I make. You are right, Pay Pal is the best and it is good to recover at least some of the money.

Wow this is welcomed news to me because there are so many scam artists out there ,its good to know that someone is acting in our behalf .I guess the difference in what you paid and what you got back was a small fee for their recovery efforts or the amount that they were able to recover .Thanks for the information I assure you it was very helpfull

Its good that you were able to recover a portion of your money anyway. I am suprised that you even bothered when it was only a dollar. I think over time that I have lost more than that on ebay or paypal. They do have some good systems in place now that they didnt have before, of course they also charge more to use them now too. Keep a close eye on the fees they charge, some times its more than the % they say it will be.
