Halloween always has crappy weather here! / myLot

I can't remember a Halloween when the weather wasn't cold or rainy or both! Today it has been windy and cold! I'm sure alot of kids around Wisconsin were dressed warm for tricker treating!

It has been cold,but not that cold,there was no rain thankfully this year like there was last year.My children wore their costumes,masks as well as their coats as i did not want them to get cold.
