If I change my place, I can't sleep properly and also If i go to my relatives place and stay overnight, I will get very little sleep. How many of you face the similar problem?

yes. i agree. I too was in the hostel for a month and came back to my native place. Then I realised the saying, whereever you rome, no place like home, which is true to my knowledge

Even i face the same problem like you. If i change my place i dont get proper sleep. This happens to me even if i go outstations also. Generally if there is a change in the place some people wont get proper sleep.

Yes. It is difficult to get a deep sleep in a changed place. But some people can able to sleep peacefully with loud snoring even in trains or buses.

I not only face sleeping problem, but my digestion system also is affected. I cannot eat anything happily, always I should be careful with regard to eating. In my office one lady was sleeping in the ladies room in the lunch time everyday. I use to wonder how can she sleep in the lunch time that too so deep sleep indeed.

I am heavy sleeper where ever i go as long as there is no one talking or any sound around me.. I heard many telling like you. i think its happens due to home sickness. Its happens also due to environment of that place also. but to get good sleep going into good dream works i think

You are so lucky to get a good sleep in any place which shows that you are a blessed man. No. I am not home sick, but in my own house, I will get up even for a small sound like our neibours conversing in their house, dog barking sound or TV sound or even if anybody switches the light on in my bedroom. Thank you for your response.

If I am really tired ,I am just not bothered about the change in place, but the bed has to be comfortable and cosy with proper arrangement of fan or ac.but if the bed is not proper i will really find it difficult to sleep.

You are right. Even i am too tired to speak to anyone, simply I will lay down in any place, including sofa with a pillow, and a blanket, within no time I will fall asleep. But during the rest of the time, it is difficult for me to sleep without all the necessary facilities, like soft pillow, soft bed, soft blanket, and two side pillows and a night lamp. Thanks for sharing your views

The first few nights I will find it a little difficult to sleep in a new place. It's not like in my home that I fall asleep the moment I lie down. Unless I am terribly tired, I usually sleep late and this is helped by reading boring books or drinking a glass of hot milk after a shower.

Exactly the same with me too. i can't fall asleep the moment I lie down in my bed like in my house. Till I reach my home, this is a biggest problem I face, whereever I go

I am a heavy sleeper and can sleep anywhere, in most conditions. But being in new places makes me anxious...

yes. If we go elsewhere and try to sleep at night, we cann't sleep as we sleep in our home and in our bed. Especially when I travel in a train and if it is a night journey, the whole night, I will be awakening seeing other passengers sleeping with a big snore, irrespective of the noise of vendors, and other trains and choas in every station

Hello vathsala30 this is checkmail and often do feel comfortable to sleep in other places except in rural areas. When i travel to some native place its difficult for me to adjust with it for at least 25-3 days, later get comfortable with the environment. And mostly seeing relatives after a long time makes an crazy amusement in us which keeps us wake late till night.Thats just a part of our personal feelings about them, whatever may be.

Happy to see your response checkmail, my friend. You are so lucky to get a peaceful sleep where ever you go and really you are a blessed person. Even, when all our 5 sisters meet during any family function, the entire night we do not sleep but simply chit chat, laugh and enjoy. Only 2 or 3 am in the morning we go to sleep.
