Eating small frequent helps to balance your calorie intake throughout the day . Instead of eating 3 big meals try to eat 5-6 smaller meal throughout the day.

It's a matter of balancing your intake and output. I am not a big believer of diet, since it's a deprivation program. Rather, if you eat whatever you want, but find some kind of exercise regime to burn up the calories, you will be in better condition as well as maintaining a higher metabolism rate.

You should know what to eat first.You must consider your meal rich nutrient or not.Your meal also must contain high vitamins.Before attempted any diet we must seek consultant from doctor.If we took the wrong diet the consequences is bad.

You can add exercise every morning or going into gym to burn fats. ^^V also recommended for all for better health and immunity =)

I have tried this type of diet, I think they call it the fist diet. The idea is that your stomach in no bigger than your fist and you should only eat that much at any given time, the rest is wasted. It works well in theory, but hard to do in real life.
