how long do you work a day???

We work from 8:00am to 17:30pm,there're one hour and a half break.In my own opinion,it's much time for us to work.Everyday I only need to focus on job for 2-3 hours,it's really enough.I'll do other thing in else time.
How long do you work a day?How do you think about it?

Hello Lisa,
I work from 9:00 to 18:00, nine hours including 1h for lunch time and half hour for nap. I feel tired almost every day bcz we work in front of computer all day and hardly move except washroom time. Also sometimes I have to work at overtime if the work is not finished.

i work 9 to 5. all 5 days of a wk. rest of the times i spend with my family. on the two days holiday i visit my parents. That is the routine of life. I dont think anything about this. Because this is the pattern of my job. For matching the job timings, i am to reset my life style.

Hello Lisa. Yes, long work hours are very tiring and stressful. In fact, with my full time job, I have to work 8 hours a day, normally. But, some days, it goes on to 10 hours. That's very tiring. By the time I get back home, it's very late in the night. That is my work. So, I have to take the time on the weekends to relax and get rid of the stresses of the week.
