I always thought that eating banana after a meal is very good for digestion but if we are not following a proper discipline of eating, is eating banana cause gastric problems?

I use to eat banana (Yellow) after every meal. I always suffered from gastric problems. But then I started having food properly along with banana but if I miss any meals and dinner together, I use to feel ache at stomach. Every time I skip my meal, I started feeling this. Then I stopped eating banana and I felt much better after the meal. But I still dont believe that banana is the reason but now I am not feeling the aches. But then I started water therapy and started drinking more water. Now even if I skip one or two meals, I wont feel much difference but I will never skip drinking water. hmmm...

Bananas pH range from 4.50 (red bananas) and 5.20 (yellow bananas). That looks like slightly acidic, but that's so small. I don't think they can cause gastric problems.

I don't know if bananas can cause acidity. I love eating bananas here in the Philippines we have many varieties to choose from. It is very nutritious and cheap than to other fruit. It is good for the heart actually.
