Is Cash-Harvest still Alive? Has anyone gotten paid? Legit or Quit?

So I've been on Cash-Harvest (dot) com forever... I still don't have the minimum payout required... Is this still an active PTC? Has anyone gotten paid? Thanks. Bear

Hii there I had a bad luck it seems i requested payout and now this site is down.I think so i am not going to get my two dolla.Sigh!! one more site gone it seem.
