I traveled by train when I was in California. My train arrived five hours late at midnight. They gave me a free taxi to my accommodation. It was a $40 fare for them. Another time I arrived in Los Angeles just before midnight and got a bus to Santa Monica.

i haven't experience traveling on a bullet train nor even a regular train. Here in our city, there is no train available, i have to travel by plane in order for me to go to the city where there is a plane available.

I have seen bullet trains in movies, TV and I have seen a Hindi film 'Bullet Train' in which Hema Malini, Parvin Babi, Dharmendra and all acted. Except this I have neither travelled to foreign country nor saw any bullet train in person, leave alone travelling.

I have been on ICE trains in Germany and they are very fast. I have traveled on Euro Star trains from the UK to Belgium, underneath the English Channel. I have been on trains from Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur and on to Singapore. I have traveled on some trains in Australia and the longest trip was Cairns to Brisbane, 36 hours. I love traveling by train. I think they have bullet trains in Japan.

I haven't had the opportunity to travel in these fast trains yet. But I can't wait until I do. I guess they do have them in Europe. I remember reading about them in an article about Rome, Italy. It seems as if it was a really inexpensive form of transportation as well. Here in the United States, they have been trying to pass a bill to get the rapid train systems, but unfortunately the environmentalist and some others don't agree that they will be able to do as much with the money as they would like. And that it will become even more expensive. Hopefully, we will have them here some day.

Hello. I have been on the "Sky Train" in Bangkok, Thailand. Very well managed and very punctual. It gets to different regions of the City in a few minutes. Regarding bullet train, I had the opportunity once to ride the bullet trian in Japan, from Tokyo to Osaka. That was an amazing ride, very fast, 300 kilimeters and hour. Very smooth, and the service was excellent !
