Which is scamming the members more? PTC or PTR sites?

We are active in both the PTC and PTR sites and of course, we all have been cheated by these on line money making sites..In your view, which category is mostly cheating the members, PTR sites or PTC sites...OF course, I have been scammed by ptc as well as by the ptr sites.What is your experience with these sites?
