Long Term memory question?

Which of the following types of long-term memory best describes your personal recollection of watching your favorite movie? Episodic memory pertains to memories of past events and personal experiences. It is rich in imagery. Scientists have found that people tend to remember emotions more than specific details about certain events, such as a birthday party. Research also suggests that the "forgetting curve" is different for shocking events, such as a presidential assassination or catastrophic event. Semantic, or "declarative," memory is more formally organized. Like information on your computer's hard drive, these memories are grouped together in associated files and interrelated folders in your brain. Procedural memories involve motor skills, such as the ability to ride a bike or sign your name, and can be retained for a lifetime. I've been stuck on it for a while.
