Do you have difficulties when clicking palmbux ads?

I always have this annoying thing with palmbux. It's so hard to confirm my click when opening their ads. First, they cannot be opened on Mozilla Firefox. Second, the time bar rarely moves when I opened their ads although the ads have already stopped loading and can be fully viewed. I have to click the ad several times so the bar can finally move. Anyone has the same trouble with me? Any solution?
