Yes. Not such a great idea - you really need to make some ground rules and stick to them: and not rub it in colleagues' faces.

Yes I have, I even married one. But it should only be done among equals at the work place or, as a couple of my cases, ones that were in other departments and over whom I had no power. The one in my department was in a different group, was of equal rank and I had no influence or input over anything concerning her performance of salary, etc.

No, I have not dated with co-worker. I think it is good idea, if there will breakup in future, u have to face them everyday. That's very awkward situation. Yaar, You can date to anybody besides office(co-worker).

i think this is not a very good idea because if you break up and someone's feelings are hurt, you still have to face the person every day. of course, sometimes it will work out but not always. where i work, we have to fill out a form that says we wont date co-workers!

I think that it is really not a good idea. It is so dangerous. At the same time if you two break up one day, it is really difficult to face or to work together in a office. Though offices are places where people will have more chances to meet the people we like or bulid up feelings with someone step by step. But it is better to bury this feeling in heart other than let it go or put it into practice.
