Windows 7

I am thiking about upgrading my laptop from Vista (boo hiss) to windows 7 and am wondering what people think about it..Is it worth the 120.00? I figure anything has to be better than Vista, no?

I am still at Windows xp. I know a lot of people who put off buying new computers to avoid vista. I have not tried it at all.

Windows xp in my opinion is much better than Vista and if I were you I would stick with it too. I am going to go ahead and buy the 7 upgrade as I have already said, anything is better than Vista..I was in office depot yesterday and played around with a gorgeous desk top that was installed with windows 7. I have to stay that I was definately impressed with just the little I saw..The new computers are so gorgeous. I kind of wish I had never gone in there because now I want a new desk top!! Oh well, never satisfied I guess! Thanks for the response J

It's very much worth it. I hate vista so much that I seriously thought about getting a mac or switching to linux, however win 7 has kept me on ms win. It's a great OS. Not as great as XP, but waaay better than vista.
