calling rates on seconds!!

hey guys ! here in india calling rateshave started being billed on seconds with 1ps for one second on almost every network.isnt that cool.saves a lot of money for youth as we dont call for hrs but just for almost 20 sec to say something like to inform my friend that i am waiting at the ticket counter.

I think this is a very good step, and still we need to think while choosing a plan. as for a minute in this way you will have to pay 60 paisa but in general you pay 50 by merely a tariff card.
i think if you are habitual with long talkin but not multiple time calls then older one is better.
but if you are a short time called and do multiple call in a single day then the pay per second is a good option.
