We as humans are carrying on for the moment. But we often ignore that there is a lot of truth behind certain movements seeking reduction in pollution, deforestation etc. We (humans) are consuming on an extremely large scale. Things at risk of eventually running dry (20-50 years time) are for example clean water and oil. Sure, the earth is covered in mostly water, but I heard that turning sea water into drinkable water is quite a mission. So yes, the world will not sustain humans for ever. But this is no surprise. The Bible says that God is going to judge every human one day, and after that those who believed on Jesus will enter eternal life, and those who refused to, will be cast into a lake of fire. The eart will be no more.
