Firebug - FireFox add-ons

My friend just introduced this to me -- Firebug.
It's a very useful web development tool that can help us to learn the HTML, CSS, or even javascript when we browse the net. Not only that we can read the codes, but also edit, debug and monitor them live. Just click on the item on the web page, then the codes will be revealed. There, you can also edit the codes and see the changes.
The tool also provides network monitoring feature. It helps us to break down the files, so that we can speed up the web page loading.
By the way, it's an add-on to Firefox. You can just install it, and you can open the Firebug as a bar at the bottom of your browser, or even in a separate window.

Some program where people have to gather points by answering one survey question a day. Those points can be converted to rewards such as ipods, scooters, that kind of objects. Some people changed the date using the tool we're talking about to get more points.

Hello my friend kaka135 Ji,
Well, presently Mozilla is installed in my desk top, but I have hardly ever used it as Fire-Fox could ot be installed and only after thaI can have access to what you suggest. I am thanful. I will try and come back to you for more help.

Mozilla firefox is woderful because it provides many useful add-ons such as adblock plus,ADDthis,video downloadhelper and so on.of course Firebug is one of the best of them,we can use it to read,edit,debug and monitor CSS,HTML and Javacript live in any web page.I knew and downloaded it several days ago,but actuaaly i do not use it regularly.

Hi kaka135,
I am using this Firebug right now to do some tweak on my blog theme. As you mention above it is very useful and help me a lot to do some tweak on my template. It's save my time a lot to inspect the js, css, html element than I do manually edit it. This is one of the best firefox add on especially for web designer/developer.
