Hi Lichee. When I need to reduce stress, there are several things that help me, so maybe they would help others, too: 1. Getting outside and taking a walk 2. Exercise, such as biking or swimming 3. Writing poetry or jotting down my thoughts and feelings in a journal 4. Talking things over with a friend or loved one 5. Helping someone else 6. Meditation 7. Doing a hobby for a bit 8. And the biggest help for me...prayer. Karen

i may choose to read a good book to reduce pressure,i always can learn the answer about what i should do,on the other hand,i'll persuade myself that proper pressure is good to us,bacause of the pressure we know that we should do better and make great progress.

The technique is to do everything piecemeal. I make sure that I have enough energy for the next day or thing to do. Cramming works for some people but not to me, as it can be very stressful, putting so much in very little time. What I do is plot all my requirements and exams, and everyday I devote a few hours working on them. So each day I contribute something and doing so, it becomes part of your system and routine. In this way, they become easier.
