MS gaming studios and bungie does not release halo 2 for xp.It is only for windows vista.You can download halo 2 for xp for torrent sites by using torrent clients such as bittorrent,azure,utorrent.

Not sure of the present price. But when I checked a couple of months back, it cost around 10,000 INR. They packaged in the latest version of counterstrike too, which made it worth it for hard-core gamers.
